Our mould prevention solution uses IoT sensors to cost-effectively, remotely monitor for any issues with humidity, so that mould risks can be identified early and prevented from escalating. Our solution uses IoT sensors that monitor activity, utility usage and temperature within a property, automatically detecting prolonged inactivity or low temperatures that suggest potential tenant absence. This system alerts housing officers to possible vacancies or rule breaches, enabling timely intervention to reduce void periods and help maximise income generation.

With costs of living pressures and high energy costs, identifying and addressing heating inadequacies in properties is more pressing than ever.

Our solution remotely monitors utility usage, temperature fluctuations, ensuring optimal heating performance and energy efficiency. It can detect prolonged periods of inadequate heating, alerting property managers to potential issues such as fuel poverty, absence, or tenancy irregularities.
