Meet our founder.
With over 40 years of experience navigating industries as diverse as the Royal Navy, space sector, mobile communications, security, and telecare, Tom Morton is no stranger to innovation—or adventure. In 1998, he founded Safe Shores Group Ltd, and after a successful exit, he launched Archangel Cloud in 2022 to tackle outdated systems with modern, people-centered solutions.
Tom’s leadership blends bold thinking with a collaborative approach, driving Archangel’s mission to create scalable cloud-based platforms that integrate IoT, predictive analytics, and real-time data. He also played a vital role in shaping standards for lone worker protection and contributing to the Integrated Care sector via the TEC Services Association and supporting Scotland’s digital transition for 160,000 vulnerable citizens.
